Conference Location/Registration:
- From the Concourse Hotel lobby, go up the main staircase to the 2nd floor.
- At the top of the stairs, go to the left.
- Our registration table and two primary meeting rooms (Capitol, Wisconsin) are all to the left.
- Please check in at the registration table to receive your name badge.
Parking:
- Concourse Hotel ramp – $1.50 per hour, located directly under the hotel.
- State Street Capitol parking garage (City of Madison ramp) – 214 N Carroll Street – $1.50 per hour, located a half-block from the Concourse.
- Attendees are responsible for their own parking accommodations and fees.
WiFi/Charging:
- Free Wifi will be provided to all meeting attendees. Additional details at the conference.
- Charging power blocks will also be available.
Transportation To/From Airport:
- Attendees will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the airport and during their time in Madison.
- Ride-share applications such as Uber/Lyft are available upon request.
- There may be a hotel shuttle available to/from the airport, you will want to check with the front desk to see availability, cost, and timing.

Executive Committee Elections:
There will be 3 total elections held at this conference, partaking on Tuesday November 8th during the District 2nd Business Sessions from 9-10:15AM. One will be for the NABP National Executive Committee and two others will be for the regional District IV Executive Committee (one NABP seat and one AACP seat). Below are the candidates who have submitted to be candidates ahead of the meeting. Nominations for the regional District IV E.C. can be also taken from the floor. For the Regional E.C. election, one delegate member from each College or Board will serve as the representative to cast votes in the respective elections.
